Some our representative projects include the following:
Mountain Creek Ranch Condominiums
A 95-unit luxury condominium project located in Pflugerville, Texas, a suburb adjoining Austin. Mathias Company provided full development management services for this unique residential community. Services included design, permitting, and full site construction including streets, utilities, landscaping, entry feature, and all common area elements. We prepared and setup the condominium regime documents, prepared all financial analysis, and arranged bank financing for the entire project. Mathias Company retained an internationally recognized architectural firm and oversaw the design of 8 unique residential home plans and provided General Contractor services for the construction of the homes. Mathias Company also provided management of the Condominium Association and the sales of the new homes. We designed and setup a model home and sales office and were responsible for all marketing services.

One Congress Plaza
Permitting and construction management for a 30-story, 500,000 square foot luxury high-rise office and retail center located at Cesar Chavez and Congress Avenue in downtown Austin. Coordinated and supervised all architectural and engineering design for the project through issuance of the building permit. Completed the construction of major water, wastewater, and storm sewer system improvements to accommodate the development. Successfully negotiated and secured approval of a license agreement with the City to allow the use of public property within the project design.

Airport Commerce Park
Permitting, design, and construction management for a 100 acre mixed-use commercial/industrial park adjacent to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport for a syndicated investment partnership. Mathias Company coordinated all engineering design and secured zoning, subdivision, utility agreements, and construction plans for this mixed use project. We also negotiated the purchase of future road right-of-way with the Texas Department of Transportation for the expansion of the US 183/Ben White Blvd. freeway project.

Texas A&M University Development Foundation
Prepared conceptual land use master plan for 1,233 acre site located in Eastern Travis County near Manor, Texas. Performed water and wastewater analysis to identify existing and proposed system improvements, developed roadway alignment studies, and various land use scenarios to determine the highest and best use for valuation analysis.
